Friendly, clean, and charming Hotel ODELYA! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. You can feel the ambiance of a church seminary bringing you peace.

Good location of the hotel. I could walk to the city center of Basel. This hotel is near to the tram station and has good transportation. This hotel is quiet and surrounded by nature. I was able to eat breakfast while listening to the birdsong. Breakfast also includes fresh vegetables and fruits. Hotel staff was also helpful.

Been there for a training course organized by my company. Good venue with a professional setup. We had a lunch included which was available in the gardens, including a starter fresh BBQ and a desert.

My wife and I spent a few days here in mid-May 2019. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided some nice perks in the form of fruit juice available by the counter and recommendations. We were pleasantly surprised with the free travel pass for the Basel buses and trams along with the 50% discount on museum entrance fees. The room was pleasantly large. The location was excellent for restaurants and ease of travel to other parts of the city. Looking forward to a return trip.
